A woman was killed and two teens injured in a shooting Tuesday afternoon in Back of the Yards, according to Chicago police.
An 18-year-old man and 16-year-old boy were in a car with a woman, 26, at 3:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of West 50th Street when a motorcycle drove up alongside them and both the driver and passenger fired shots at them, police said. The car then crashed into a parked vehicle.
The woman was shot in the back and later died; the 16-year-old was shot in her left arm and leg and was in critical condition and the 18-year-old was shot in his right hip and was in serious condition, police said. All three were taken to University of Chicago Medical Center.
No one is in custody.
