Arsenal are demanding a €20 million (17.1m) transfer fee for Gabriel Jesus following an approach from Napoli, according to reports.
The Brazilian forward has just one year left on his deal with Arsenal and the Premier League champions are open to a sale before the end of the summer transfer window.
Jesus, who was sidelined for 11 months last year after he ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee, scored six goals in 27 appearances last season.
According to Globo, Napoli are in talks to sign Jesus but have not made significant progress with Arsenal over a deal.
Arsenal are said to have informed Napoli that they would only entertain offers for Jesus in excess of €20m (17.1m).
Jesus, meanwhile, is understood to be open to the idea of joining Napoli, who finished second in Serie A last season and now have Massimiliano Allegri as their head coach following Antonio Conte’s exit.

Napoli are also looking to offload Lorenzo Lucca and Romelu Lukaku, who has attracted interest from Monaco.
In an interview with Gazzetta dello Sport earlier this summer, Jesus made it clear that he would welcome a move to Italy.
‘I grew up watching Serie A and dreamed of playing in Italy,’ Jesus said.
‘Scoring two goals at San Siro against Inter was like making that dream come true. I don’t know my future, I’m working now and we’ll see what happens with Arsenal.’
