SOME of the world’s best darts players will be battling for the Baltic Sea Open title – and there is a lot of prize money that comes with it.
Dave Chisnall pulled off a thrilling 8-5 victory against Luke Humphries to lift the crown in 2023.

And as a result, the Englishman took home a winning share of £175,000.
However, Chisnall will need to be on top form if he is to retain his title with the likes of Premier League leader Luke Littler participating this time around.

There will be a total prize pot of £175,000 up for grabs this year.
Winner: £30,000
Runner-up: £12,000
Semi-finalist: £8,500
Quarter-finalist: £6,000
Third round losers: £4,000
Second round losers: £2,500
First round losers: £1,250
Total prize pool: £175,000
When is the Baltic Sea Darts Open 2024?
The Baltic Sea Darts Open 2024 will take place on Friday, May 10 before concluding on Sunday, May 12.
Giel, Germany is where this iconic tournament will be held.
here will be 32 players competing in the tournament but the top 16 ranked PDC stars do not feature until the second round.
Second round matches will take place on Saturday, May 11 while the rest of the tournament will play out on Sunday, May 12.
First, second and third round games will be contested in a best of 11 legs which will continue at the quarter-finals stage.
But the semi-final and final will be played in a best of 13 legs.
What is the current Premier League Darts table?
Luke Littler leads the way with a staggering 36 points.
While 2023 winner Michael van Gerwen sits down in fourth on 24 points.
