Fresh off of an incredible feat in the spirit of the magic of March Madness, Liam McNeeley and the UConn Huskies were able to defeat the Duke Blue Devils and secure their advancement to the Final Four round of the 2026 NCAA Tournament.
The victory UConn accomplished was topped by the three point shot by Braylon Mullins with only 0.3 seconds left on the game clock. The spotlight is now on Mullins and his victorious sports moment at the peak of college basketball. Here are five facts about the talented young player.

Braylon Mullins saved his best for when it mattered most as he put a career-defining game performance together in UConn’s Elite Eight matchup against the Duke Blue Devils. The student-athlete who has played the 2025-2026 NCAA men’s basketball season wearing the number 24 jersey has significantly contributed to UConn’s game success during the NCAA Tournament. In fact, he is the very reason that UConn is still in the competition and headed to the Final Four later this week.
