And while he claims to have mellowed in the intervening years, the first trailer for <em>Still Flipping Out </em>proves that Jeff is as feisty and unfiltered as ever. </p>

<p id=”par-2_78″>“It’s been eight years since <em>Flipping Out </em>ended, and my life has changed pretty drastically,” Jeff says in the just-released teaser for his latest reality series. He’s now the host of a successful SiriusXM talk show while continuing to work as a designer. In the process, he’s build up a “cult” of loyal co-hosts and guest, known as the “chumps,” including Molly Sims, Carnie Wilson, Raven Symone, Kym Whitley, Jamie Kennedy, Justin Sylvester, Keltie Knight, and Joey Zauzig.</p>
<p id=”par-3_33″>“He created this great community,” Jeff’s chief-of-staff Shane Douglas says. “But if Jeff decides that he’s no longer going to invest in a friendship or relationship, he is able to cut them out.”</p>
<p id=”par-4_21″>“I can be a petty *ss b*tch,” Jeff admits in an interview with a producer. “But I don’t want to be.”</p>

<p id=”par-5_63″>In <em>Still Flipping Out</em>’s first season Jeff finds himself trying to navigate his personal friendships with the demands of his ever-growing business ventures. However, blurred lines make this nearly impossible. Things get particularly complicated when he and Shane decide to invest in a property together. As Shane tries to work with Jeff as both a boss and a business partner, they discover the investment might be more than they bargained for. </p>
<p id=”par-6_56″>Jeff will also have to make a tough call when a friend and fan-favorite “chump” crosses the line at a work event. Meanwhile, he faces shakeups on the design front as he juggles new clients and makes costly updates to his own residence. And when he agrees to renovate a fellow chump’s home, his penchant for tough love might be too much. </p>
<p id=”par-7_54″>Online, Jeff’s profile is growing and his status as an influencer continues to rise, so his social media manager Annie Sharp looks to boost his social media presence despite his reluctance to embrace it.
