A teen was shot in South Shore Thursday afternoon, according to Chicago police.
The boy, 13, was found in the 8200 block of South Coles Avenue 2:50 p.m. and had been shot in the head, police said. He was taken to Comers Children’s Hospital in critical condition.
No one is in custody.
