A man was fatally wounded in a shooting in South Shore Thursday evening, according to Chicago police.
The man, 37, was in front of a business in the 7300 block of South Stony Island Avenue at 6:04 p.m. when a woman reportedly fired shots at the location, police said.
The unidentified victim was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he later died.
Police are investigating the incident, and no one is currently in custody.
