The body of a man was pulled from Lake Michigan near Oak Street Beach on the Near North Side on Friday, police said.
The man, whose age and identity were unknown, was recovered from the lake in the 1000 block of North DuSable Lake Shore Drive just before 4 p.m., police said in a statement.
Detectives will conduct a death investigation pending autopsy results from the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office, police said.
