The new Adidas Originals by Jennie collection “sees the artist’s role deepen into one of true creative authorship as a co-designer” and adds another layer of eye-catching style and performance to the long-standing partnership, the company noted.

Available as of September 1st, the collection centers around the iconic Adidas Superstar sneaker, while apparel and accessories also get the deft touch of the singer, rapper, actress and V Magazine 2026 cover star. The idea of “functional grace” anchors the collection, namely centered around dance and Jennie’s “distinct aesthetic perspective,” Adidas Originals noted.

Wearing Adidas’ signature three stripes across a range of crisp black-and-white athleisure and performance pieces, “ballet acts as the inspirational starting point while its codes are brought to an altogether more expansive, surreal, realm,” the company said. To that end, the Adidas Originals Superstar SQ Ballet sneaker takes its design cues from ballet point shoes, while track tops and track pants are joined by sleeveless bodysuits, layering t-shirts and sheer leggings.

Jennie, who headlined Lollapalooza 2026 alongside the likes of Charli XCX and fellow Adidas Originals star Tate McRae, noted she wanted to craft a collection that feels “timeless yet forward-facing.” Styles like knit wrap cardigans and polar fleece half-zip hoodies join a range of reinspired Adidas sportswear classics featuring Jennie’s signature powerful yet graceful style and stage presence.

“With this collaboration, I wanted to reinterpret the classic identity of adidas Originals through my own perspective and energy,” she said in a statement. “My goal was to bring together the softness and restraint found in ballet, as well as the strength behind it, with the feeling of an endless and unknown space.”

Retro athleisure is also a crucial part of the collection, including throwback-inspired leg warmers, while Adidas notes that “cut-out socks add a playful yet polished finishing touch, completing the collection’s elevated expression.” The new Jennie for Adidas Originals collection dances gracefully into Adidas Originals stores and retailers right this very moment.
