Police are telling the public to stay indoors after two teenage gunmen shot at least four people in drive-by shootings across Austin, Texas.
A shelter-in-place warning is in place across the state capital with a picture of one of the teenage suspects released by detectives.
Police are asking for the public’s urgent help in finding the suspect or suspects who are believed to have changed cars into a white Kia.
Police said the shootings were seemingly at random with at least two fire stations targeted.
Austin Police Department Chief Lisa Davis told a press conference: ‘At this time, we can confirm that four individuals have been shot, one has sustained serious injury, and the other three minor injuries.
‘In addition, I want to remind people to not leave their cars unlocked. What we are seeing are these cars are being stolen. Do not leave your keys in the vehicle or your key fobs in the vehicle. Again, please remain vigilant. If you see something suspicious, call 911 immediately.’

Detectives described a possible suspect as a White or Hispanic male in his late teens.
They believe that the suspect or suspects might be traveling in a white KIA Optima.
Police have also connected the crime to a black or dark blue 2012 Hyundai Sonata with a broken right-side passenger window.
The pair have also stolen a gold Hyundai sedan and a silver Mazda four door in their shooting spree.
Police said people should stay alert and call 911 if they see the suspected vehicle or know where the suspect or suspects may be.
