A 16-year-old who may be in need of medical attention has gone missing from the Uptown neighborhood, police say.
Saphyrion Whitmore, 16, was last seen Tuesday, May 19, in the 4400 block of North Clark Street, police said.
Whitmore stands about 5-foot-2, is about 130 pounds, and has brown eyes and black hair, police said. Whitmore’s race was listed as unknown in a statement by police.
