JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes secretly pick out the exact same engagement ring

JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes picked out the exact same engagement ring design without ever having discussed it.

The singer, 23, and former Love Island contestant, 33, began dating after meeting in the Celebrity Big Brother house in 2025.

Despite first insisting their relationship was purely platonic, the pair confirmed they were dating not long after leaving the show.

Their relationship has gone from strength to strength ever since, with the lovebirds even discussing marriage in the future.

Speaking to People Magazine at the 12th Annual Industry Dance Awards, JoJo explained their ideas for engagement rings were shockingly similar.

‘I’ve always said that one day — if he proposes — I figured he’d ask my mom what kind of ring I would want,’ she told the publication.

‘And I told my mom, I said, “Whenever he asks you, [tell him] I want him to design it completely. I want it to be completely his design.”

‘Then randomly one day, [he and I] were at dinner together, and I was like, “What do you think my dream ring looks like?” And in my head, I knew that I would never design it myself anyways. But I [had] Googled it, and I found a photo that was my dream. And we were like, “All right. Show each other on the count of three”.’

She recalled that when they both showed each other what they had on their phones, they were holding the same photo.

‘One, two, three. And we flipped it. And we were holding the same photo from Google! … It was like a blue emerald shape.’

The Karma hitmaker went on to say that things have been ‘great’ and their relationship has been ‘lovely.’

‘We’re about to have our year-and-a-half anniversary, which is wild … It feels like last week. But at the same time, I’m like, no, that was four years ago,’ she added.

In April, JoJo declared her love for Chris on Instagram following a scathing post from her ex, Kath Ebbs, whom JoJo dumped at the CBB wrap party.

Posting a photo of Chris kissing their dog, JoJo declared she was ‘missing both my boys’.

She then followed up with a snap of them embracing on a beach, writing: ‘Today marks 11 whole months. What a lucky live. Last “month” anniversary.’

It came after Kath shared their original breakup reaction on Instagram Stories; Kath shared: ‘Happy one year anniversary to her x.’

Kath then posted a snap kissing their fiancé, Tilly Lucas-Rodd, adding: ‘Sending hate to your cheating ex day.’
