Three men were shot, one fatally, at a West Garfield Park gas station late Saturday night, Chicago police said.
The men were at the gas station in the 400 block of South Kostner Avenue around 10 p.m. when a white SUV pulled up and three armed men got out and started firing shots at them, according to police. The gunmen then returned to the car and fled the scene.
One of the men, 30 years old, was shot in the neck and pronounced dead at Mount Sinai Hospital, police said. The other two, both 28, were also shot: one was in critical condition at Mount Sinai and the other was shot in the knee and taken in good condition to Stroger Hospital.
Police have not announced any arrests.
