Katie Price has removed her wedding ring after blasting her husband, Lee Andrews, for making her ‘look like a d**k’ on live TV.
The 47-year-old former glamour model married so-called wealthy businessman Lee, 43, earlier this year in Dubai, mere days after meeting him and before he’d met her family.
Katie has been jetting back and forth to the UAE for her man amid claims that Lee is under a travel ban due to a past prison stint for alleged fraud. Although he has denied this, Katie recently appeared to confirm the restrictions, telling her podcast listeners: ‘You can get a travel ban for absolutely anything.’
And while things were looking positive this week when the couple were scheduled for a joint appearance on Good Morning Britain, Katie was let down at the last minute and left to do the interview solo.
She and Lee both denied that he had been detained at the airport amid reports of a man being arrested; they claimed that Lee actually had issues with his visa, which she had previously warned GMB bosses about.
However, Katie later vented to her sister, Sophie, on The Katie Price Show, recalling her stern warning to Lee that he ‘needs to make it to the UK because, if he doesn’t, then there’s obviously something not right going on’.
Having admitted that it ‘does look weird’ that her husband has not visited her in the UK, Katie has since appeared without her sparkling wedding band, suggesting there could be trouble in paradise.
Taking to Instagram last night, the TV personality shared a sweet photo with her eldest son, Harvey, showing them lying in bed, surrounded by four cats. Lee has Harvey’s name tattooed on his hand.
Katie can be seen holding the 23-year-old’s hand with her left one, her bare ring finger on full display.
‘Goodnight from me & my Harvey bear 💚💚💚💚’, she captioned the pic.
The comments section was filled with supportive messages, many fans imploring Katie, who has now been married four times, to ‘be kind to [herself]’ and ‘stick to [her] and Harvey’ because she ‘doesn’t need men’.
Her eagle-eyed followers, though, did pick up on the missing sparkler, with @heather_dm88 writing: ‘Are her rings off 🤔’

‘I was just thinking the same 😮’, replied @chesterdrawz.
While Katie hasn’t responded to rumours that her marriage is already on the rocks, she later appeared keen to imply that she’d made up with Lee.
Taking to her Insta Story, the reality star reposted a video of another loved-up couple cuddling. It read: ‘”What’s he like?” He’s like all the love I’ve ever poured out into the world finally found its way back to me, wrapped up in human form.’
Katie tagged Lee on the post.
Her social media activity tells a very different story from what she said a few days ago, though, with Katie feeling ’embarrassed’ by Lee’s behaviour.
Describing the events as a ‘soap opera’, Katie added of Lee’s flight drama: ‘It’s all been built up.
‘This is why I want, normally, relationships more private. At the end of the day, it’s between me and him.’
Katie revealed that she had confronted Lee, essentially giving him the ultimatum of having to travel to England if he wished to see her, as she needed to look after her family.
‘Even I’ve flagged it up to him, big time. I’ve flagged it up,’ she ranted, instructing Lee not to repeat his actions.
‘Me having to go on live TV without you made me look stupid and like a d**k,’ she concluded.
Katie’s sister also made it incredibly clear how she feels, stating that ‘can’t even say [Lee’s] name’ because of how much he ‘winds [her] up’.
‘I think he is a f***ing d**khead on Instagram, if I am honest, and I think you deserve better, Kate,’ she said, not mincing her words.
There have been plenty of reports in the past that Katie’s loved ones are worried about her, given how quickly she rushed into the marriage, accepting Lee’s proposal after only two days.
In February, after Katie and Lee teased a pregnancy announcement, a source told Metro: ‘Katie’s family, her sister in particular, will stand by her through anything, but they’re rightfully concerned about her announcing she’s intending to have Lee’s baby. After all, they’ve only known each other for a matter of weeks.’
The insider added that the fast pace of the romance has ‘come as a complete shock’ and that it all feels ‘extreme, even for her’.
Meanwhile, Lee, who has lived in Dubai for 21 years and says he has purchased a new £36million mansion with Katie, continues to bat off accusations of scamming his ex-girlfriends, two of whom have urged Katie to ‘run for the hills’, branding Lee a ‘liar’ and a ‘swindler’.
Alana Percival has been particularly outspoken about her alleged experiences, calling Lee ‘toxic’ and a ‘conman’.
Question marks also remain over Lee’s career, who insisted to The Sun that he earns between $2-5m (£1.5-3.7m) annually from the US stock market, among other ventures.
In contrast, several lies on his CV have been exposed, such as his grand claims of being a member of the board of advisors for the Labour Party and director of philanthropy at The King’s Trust. When caught out, Lee blamed his personal assistant for the blunders.
