A 26-year-old man was critically wounded in a shooting early Sunday in Chicago Lawn, police said.
Officers responded to a call of a person shot at about 2:10 a.m. along the 6300 block of South Kedzie Avenue and found the man lying on the ground, according to police.
The man suffered gunshot wounds to the left arm and abdomen and was taken to Christ Hospital in critical condition, police said.
Area One detectives are investigating.
